Pole Silks combine Chrome Pole with Silks tied to the top.
They are great for Beginners as the Silk element supports you while on the pole.
Lollipop is a Pole with a Hoop on top, combining the best of both worlds.
Flying Pole is a pole rigged to an aerial rigging point but not to the floor.
Wearing a harness attached to a bungee cord from the ceiling this class is a HIIT cardio workout.
You will burn calories in the most fun way.
We also allow time at the end of the class to learn cool flips, handstands etc.
We hold special one off workshops on a regular basis which include Doubles work, Dance, Gymnastics, Routines, etc.
Aerial Sling is a great piece of equipment as its so diverse.
Its great for beginners as you can create beautiful flow. For those more advanced you can do big drops and more complex sequences.
Your own time to practice what you have learnt in class.
An instructor will be on hand to make sure you are safe but no teaching takes place
A personal lesson at a time to suit you on any equipment. Can be shared between 1-3 people.

Our children's classes are aimed at ages 5 to 16. Mature teens can also join our Adult classes if they prefer.
Adult classes have no upper limit, everyone welcome.
For Aerial Classes please wear leggings and tshirts. (no cropped tops)
For Pole please wear shorts and tshirt.
No Jewellery, No Zips or Buckles on clothing
There is no limit for Pole or Aerial Classes. Our equipment is tested for several tonnes so no need to worry and we encourage all body types to join us.
Bungee Classes have a limit of 16.5 stone due to the harness size.
Defiantly not, our instructors adapt classes to suit those booked in, and remember everyone is a beginner at one point and you will never get good at something unless you start!
Of course not, we offer PAYG Drop in sessions so if you can not commit on a regular basis you are still very welcome to attend at anytime.
Of course its cheaper and you will progress quicker if you attend regularly but don't let that stop you dropping in anytime.
Our Kids Classes run in Half Term Courses and are cheaper if you book the whole Half Term Course but it is not essential and you can book into any class PAYG Drop in at anytime. (PAYG spaces open up for booking on the 1st day of each Course if spaces left)
Our Adult Classes are PAYG Drop in anytime but we offer discounted Memberships, Courses and Class Packs for those who attend regulary and want to save some pennies.

You can start with any class that appeals to you, they are suitable for Beginners and all fitness levels.
Where possible we would encourage you to attend a Beginners Class but if our time table does not suit your availability you can also attend any Class as the instructor will adapt the class for you. (excluding those marked Intermediate or Invertors)
There are lots of different types of Aerial equipment, Hoop, Sling, Silks, Trapeze etc so if you are unsure what floats your boat then we recomend an Aerial Allsorts class as each week we do something different so over a few weeks you will get to try all the equipment.
All our Adult Classes are 60mins long and our kids Classes 45mins.
When you arrive please head upstairs to our reception area where there is a changing room, lockers and a bathroom if you need it. Feel free to arrive early if needed and chill in the lounge area.
The Instructor will come up and greet you when the class is ready to start.
All classes follow a similar format where we do a warm up together to prepare our body for exercise, some conditioning to help us get strong, we then get to the fun stuff of learning some cool tricks, some free time to practice our favorite things and then we finish with a cool down to help prevent DOMS.
Of course not, the majority of our students attend just for fun. But if Competitions and Performing is your Vibe we specilise in this too!
